1. What is life coaching, and how is it different from therapy?
Life coaching focuses on personal growth, goal-setting, and future-oriented strategies. While therapy often addresses past trauma and mental health conditions, coaching helps individuals build skills, improve mindset, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy but can complement therapeutic work.
2. What types of coaching do you offer?
I offer:
One-on-One Coaching (Virtual and In-Person Add-On available)
Family & Group Coaching (Sessions tailored to strengthen relationships and communication)
Session Packages (Options for 3, 6, or 12 sessions)
Faith-Based & Mindfulness Coaching (Available upon request)
3. How do virtual coaching sessions work?
Virtual sessions are conducted via a secure video platform. You’ll receive a link before each session. All you need is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a willingness to engage in the process.
4. Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes! In-person sessions are available after a minimum of 3 virtual sessions and a vetting process. They are offered within a 15-mile radius of Dover, NH, with an additional $50 in-person add-on fee per session.
5. What is the cost of coaching sessions?
Virtual One-on-One Sessions: $125 per session
In-Person One-on-One Sessions: $175 per session
Family/Group Sessions: $225 per session
Package Deals Available (Discounted rates for 3, 6, or 12-session commitments)
6. Do you offer a sliding scale or discounts?
Yes! I offer:
Referral Discount: Earn $25 off when you refer a new client.
Group Coaching Discount: Lower per-person pricing for groups of 2.
I can discuss financial accommodations during the free consultation.
7. What happens during the free consultation?
The free consultation is a 15-20 minute conversation where we discuss your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking for in coaching. It’s an opportunity for us to see if we’re a good fit before committing to sessions.
8. How do I book a session?
You can book a session by reaching out via email/phone.
9. What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
I understand that life happens! I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
10. How do I know if coaching is right for me?
